About our church

The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd is located in beautiful New Fairfield, CT along the Western side of Candlewood Lake. It is a joyous and caring gathering of God’s flock who receive the steadfast grace, mercy, and peace of their Good Shepherd through the holy Word and Sacraments. As recipients of Jesus’ love, the saints of Good Shepherd seek to support, encourage, and love their neighbor through works of service and the proclamation of the Gospel.
